One on One step through the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue A-771 form instructions and review with you how to complete the form for be submitted. We will also review what attachments will be needed to complete and file the form for a business installment plan agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. We will do this by phone. You will need to file the form and follow up with the WDOR. The rate listed is a one hour session. If more time is needed we can spend as much time as needed for the $295 per hour rate. Please organize your information for the call so that we can be as cost effective as possible. Includes a session handout to reference after the session is completed.
